Conducting Cambodia’s Elections

Kassie Neou, who served as vice chairman of Cambodia’s National Election Committee during that country’s 1998 elections, is founder and director of the Cambodian Institute of Human Rights (CIHR).

Jeffrey C. Gallup, former associate director of the Cambodian Institute of Human Rights, is currently a visiting fellow at the International Forum for Democratic Studies.
