Reforming the Postcommunist University

Andrei Marga is dean of the Faculty of European Studies and rector at the “Babes-Bolyai” University of Cluj, Romania, where he has taught philosophy since 1971. In 1991 he was a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. In 1996, he was a visiting fellow at the International Forum for Democratic Studies in Washington, D.C.
