Olexiy Minakov is a political-communications expert from Ukraine. He is a columnist for leading Ukrainian online media outlets including Radio Liberty, Ukrayinska Pravda, NV, and LIGA.net. Since 2019, he has worked as a communications manager at Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation.
