Ugo M. Amoretti is a researcher in political science at the University of Genoa. He holds a doctorate from the University of Florence, where his research focused on comparative federalism. From 1998 to 1999, and again in the summer of 2000, he was a visiting fellow at Princeton University’s Center of International Studies.
